The Picture of Dorian Gray

In my personal opinion I truly enjoyed the novel written by Oscar Wilde. It is a novel that really gives you a wake up call that youth and beauty do not last forever. Also the novel really has helped me to appreciate my youth. I think that everyone, especially young people need to read this novel to get a good insight on how life truly works. Although the personal pleasures of life are great, that's not what it should be all about. I couldn't have read a better story to truly open my eyes to reality of human life. I also believe that Oscar Wilde helped make this story more real by relating it back to his own personal experiences.
